Which can be later corrected back to square one. It is the most specific and precise replica of an actual product.
What is a product if not tools? It’s simple no product. Tool making holds an equally important place in the earlier two. Some plastic modules need different tools to assemble them. Some need a much more complex working tools. These tools are designed in-house by manufacturers to ensure quality and also they meet the requirements. Tools are often crafted through 3D printing but sometimes metals are the only one to get the job done.
Small Series Production is the production line where these small plastic modules are created with almost zero error. After getting the required tools like silicon molds if needed and other the production line is set to produce mass quantities. This ensures the customer’s demands are met in time. If plastic is used it always has to be high-quality plastic. These plastics should be durable and fit for working in all conditions. Which again is the manufacturer’s woe to worry about.
